COPY MSG copies the message written for the patient (kept for the same 24 h) — paste it into WhatsApp or wherever you need it. via Claudette = dictated by Dr. Ace after the visit: file it in the chart under the visit date it shows. Notes disappear automatically after 24 h — the chart is the permanent record.
